These terms and all matters arising from or relating to your use of Behalf AI are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with these agreements shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India. You hereby submit to the jurisdiction of these courts and waive any jurisdictional objections to the venue being in Delhi, India.
